I’m in Dallas this week, working with my coach in his private coaching mastermind group. Oddly enough, I was in San Diego last weekend for a social media marketing mastermind.
No time to elaborate now on the changes I’ll be making, but I thought I’d share a quick tip from my coach that you might be able to use too.
Within his own organization, each team member must commit to the organization’s future every day by answering these questions:
What can I do today to…
- put more leads on the list?
- convert a lead to a member?
- keep a customer?
It’s a great hiring conversation, and a great conversation for weekly 1-1 meetings and performance reviews.
Of course, it’s a great conversation to have with yourself daily too.
